By writ­ing about it, I hope to pro­vide par­ents and edu­ca­tors with ideas and inspi­ra­tion for mak­ing healthy changes in their own schools. Since healthy eat­ing habits start at home, I also address com­mon feed­ing chal­lenges faced by parents.
